As the first company among its rivals to produce rebar bending and cutting machines and other construction equipment, Vertro represents its products with many years of experience and know-how. Vertro machines are produced with an automation system that utilizes all technical possibilities in well-equipped manufacturing facilities, manufactured in line with CE and other international standards. Vertro carries out 95 percent of its production using CNC units while manufacturing all parts of the machines within its own structure, every single one of them, thanks to advanced production hardware such as welding robots.
Both parts of the goods are standardized and of high quality for new generation CNC units. Computers are used at every level of manufacturing.
Quality monitoring and checks are carried out on all components and units used in the machines. Every machine bearing the Vertro brand ensures international standards and high performance in this way.
We know that most of our machines are used mainly in rough and rugged outdoor workplaces, so we have applied electrostatic paint to protect against abrasion. Moreover, the components that work together and should not be painted are zinc and phosphate coated. All the machinery components that transmit power are made of steel. Heat treatment for case-hardened and quenched steel is applied depending on their place of use. This heat treatment is carried out in the heat treatment unit built at the Vertro manufacturing facility.
EVO System
Vertro designs and produces the gearboxes used in EVO machines in its own premises. In Vertro machines, Mono-block Planet Style Gearboxes are being used. The gearboxes produced from special steel materials are all manufactured with CNC units in a laboratory environment and have computerized quality control tests at every stage of manufacture. Vertro gearboxes also provide simple installation as spare parts.
