As the first company among its rivals to produce rebar bending and cutting machines and other construction equipment, Vertro represents its products with many years of experience and know-how. Vertro machines produced with an automation system that utilizes all technical possibilities in well-equipped manufacturing facilities which are manufactured in line with CE and other international standards. Vertro produces 95 percent of its production with CNC units while manufacturing all parts of the machines within its own structure. Each and every one of them, thanks to advanced production hardware such as welding robots.
Both parts of the goods are standardized and of high quality for new generation CNC units. Computers assisted at every level of manufacturing.
Quality monitoring is carried out and checks are carried out on all the components and units used in the machines. Each machine that has the Vertro brand ensures international standards and high performance in this way.
We know that most of our machines are used mainly in rough and rugged outdoor workplaces, so we have painted electrostatic paint to protect against abrasion moreover, the components that work together and should not be painted are glazed with zinc and phosphate. All the machinery components that transmit power is made from steel. Heat treatment for cement and quenched steel is applied depending on their place of use. This heat treatment is implemented in the heat treatment unit which built at Vertro manufacturing facility.
EVO System
Vertro designs and produces the gearboxes used in EVO machines in its own premises. In Vertro machines, Mono-block Planet Style Gearboxes are being used. The gearboxes produced from special steel materials are all manufactured with CNC units in a laboratory environment and have computerized quality control tests at every stage of manufacture. Vertro gearboxes also provide simple installation as spare parts.
